Domestic shipping costs £4 (plus £2 for every additional copy ordered). International shipping costs £8 (or £12 for multiple copies).

International Shipping

We use Royal Mail Parcelforce wherever possible.

In all instances we will aim to provide up to date tracking information. Please notify us at info@therigout.com if you haven’t received tracking information.

Returns & Exchange

We accept exchanges or returns for credit ONLY.

To return or exchange products, please email info@therigout.com for confirmation and agreement. In order to be eligible for return or exchange we must receive notice within 10 days of original delivery. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued for returns. NO REFUNDS will be issued. All products must be free of use, damage, stains, odour or any other condition, which might prevent them from being sold as new. Customers will assume responsibility for all return and exchange shipping charges, including and not limited to any duties, taxes or brokerage fees, which may be incurred when receiving returns. The Rig Out will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any return packages lost in transit.

Terms & Conditions

Upon placing an order, a receipt will automatically be mailed to you confirming the intent to purchase via PayPal. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to but not limited to: insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card or suspicion of fraudulent intent. Please also note that The Rig Out reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not payment has already been made. In the rare event that you do get charged and your order is cancelled, The Rig Out will issue a credit to your PayPal account. We cannot guarantee the availability of any items listed.
